The Hearthstone
The Hearthstone is a neighborhood within Woodside Village, the skilled nursing facility at 4000 Valley Square. This neighborhood is designed to support the changing needs of those diagnosed with dementia or Alzheimer's disease. The secure and supportive environment is designed to maximize resident independence in a quiet and homelike setting. The staff of Hearthstone provide individualized care and activities for each resident. Music, dancing and pets are important parts of life at the Hearthstone.
The center of the Hearthstone neighborhood is a gathering place with a full kitchen, a large living room with a fireplace, and access to a beautifully landscaped courtyard. The living areas are designed to enhance feelings of warmth and coziness.
